Due to current circumstances I have had to put in place some guidelines for everyone to follow. The clients and I are my main priority.

All appointments must be pre booked. For now we cannot take walk ins at the salon.


You must arrive on time to your appointment. You may be asked to wait outside briefly as there is no waiting area. upon arrival you will be asked to sanitise your hands, then we will direct you to your seat.


Please come to your appointment alone unless you both have a booking. There can only be a certain amount of people in the salon/room at a time.


Everyone must wear a mask whilst getting any services done this will include staff & clients.


Our team will wear appropriate PPE during your appointment.

Please keep your belongings to a minimum, e.g.essentials. There will be a storage box next to you to keep your belongings in. At the salon there will be no magazines or hair books available. Unfortunately we cannot provide tea & coffee. Please bring your own if you wish to do so.


Sanitising stations will be provided.

Bank transfer payments only unless no access to internet services.


A freshly laundered gown & towel(s) will be available for each client.


After each client all tools will be sanitised and surfaces will be disinfected.


Within the salon all clients will be kept 2meters apart.

Clients will be asked to fill out a questionnaire before getting their hair done. Please be advised this is for track and trace purposes. All questionnaires will be disposed of after 21 days. All questionnaires will be kept under GDPR.


If at home please make sure there is no one else in the room.

We will also be trying to keep the 'C' word under wraps. We have herd enough of it over the last few months. Positive vibes only!
