Salon Policy

DEPOSITS

​

All new clients and weddings must pay a deposit upon booking. No deposit, no booking. Deposits are non refundable. The deposits are as follows:

Extensions - £100

Bridal - £50

Colour - £20

All other services - £5-£10

CANCELLATIONS

​

We understand that things happen and life gets busy. However in the case of a short notice cancellation (less than 24hrs of your appointment time) you will be charged 50% on the day and 25% deposit upon booking your next appointment.

​

 

 

NO SHOWS

​

Your appointment time is especially reserved for you. We kindly ask that you please let us know if you need to cancel, so that we can make your time slot available to other clients. Future appointments will not be booked unless a full service charge has been paid.

LATE ARRIVALS

​

At times we all run late. We are certainly guilty of it! A courtesy call or text is all we ask for, and if we are not in amongst hair we will reply back asap!

​

 

 

NEW CLIENTS

​

All new clients must pay a 25% deposit upon booking. No deposit, no booking. Deposits are non refundable within a 48hr time period of your appointment.

All clients will receive a confirmation email when you book your appointment and a reminder text 48hrs before your appointment.
